CENTRE OPENING TIMES

9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday

Where appointments can be made for a one to one with a Carers Support Worker

CENTRE DROP-INS

Mondays and Fridays 10.00am – 2.00pm

SERVICES:

• A Drop-In at the Centre every Monday and Friday 10.00am – 2.00pm

• Outreach Drop-Ins throughout the borough (venues/times tbc)

• Information on help and support available

• A signposting service

• The opportunity to talk confidentially with a Carer Support Worker

• Outreach Carer Support Workers

• Carers Emergency Card

• Carers WBC Leisure Card

• A range of social events, lunches, trips

• Training opportunities, personal development and stress management

• Supporting Young Carers in schools; William Beaumont, St Gregory’s, Thomas Boteler, Birchwood, Lysander High Schools

• Supporting Young Adult Carers through transition to Adult Services
